We know we need to eat healthy and take care of our bodies, but do you think specifically about your feet and their well-being or do you just pop your shoes on and think they look really nice. Many of us compromise on comfort and what is best for our feet. Therefore, we often pay for it later in life. Unfortunately, injuries such as bunions and sunken forefoot can occur when you often wear footwear that have heels on. Who does not think that high-heeled shoes look fantastic? You can certainly wear high-heeled shoes for a single evening as long as you make sure that your everyday footwear is good.
